The Marion
Our larger Studio with a second floor mezzanine. Two 18 foot tall windows with western exposure, a kitchenette, dining area, changing area, Makeup table and multiple unique vignettes. 1000 square foot studio available for approximately 16 guests. Furnished with a mix of high end contemporary and classic vintage pieces.
The Jelmore
Furnished Studio with with three, 18 foot tall arched windows taking full advantage of the unobstructed natural western sunlight. Beautiful dramatic shadows from the windows in the afternoon and bright and diffused sunlight in the morning. 500 square feet available to comfortably accommodate approximately 7 guests.
Creative Spaces with amazing natural light and arched factory windows. Great for lifestyle photoshoots, portraits, commercial videos, e-commerce & so much more. LOVT is also fantastic for events, pop-up shops or creative classes!
